Refer a family or friend that you feel will benefit from a Residential Assisted Living Facility

A full assessment is done by a member of the administrative team. This is the financial, physical, and health assessment that is required of every potential resident to assure that we can meet their needs. 

After the assessment is completed, the resident or resident's representative, must sign their residential contract. The resident is then accepted into their new home after administrative fee and first month's payment is received.

After administrative fee and first month's payment has been received, the individual who referred the resident will receive a payment of $500 or $1000. $500 will be paid to each individual who refers a resident who has signed their residential contract, paid their administrative fee, and paid their first month's payment of $3995-for a double occupancy room. $1000 will be paid to each individual who refers a resident who has signed their residential contract, paid their administrative fee, and paid their first month's payment of $4495-for a private room. Referral fees are paid AFTER Carnegie Care LLC has received and cleared the resident's administrative fee and first month's payment. Referral fees are subject to be changed at the discrepency of Carnegie Care LLC. Referral fee will be paid within 30 days of receiving all of the resident's required payments. Resident must comfirm that the individual seeking the referral fee was indeed the individual that referred him/her.
