Carnegie Care Assisted Living Facility was birthed from a devastating void in our elderly population. 33% of nursing home residents are abused. 30% of nursing home residents are caused harm so severe that it results in their death. Over 50% of residents are given wrong medications. 10 out of the 15 largest nursing home chains have been charged with fraud, unjust enrichment, and racketeering.

The Owner/CEO, Guillermo Carnegie, has been a nurse for over 11 years. He started out as an LVN, where he spent the majority of his time taking care of our beloved elderly population. He returned to school to become a Registered Nurse, attaining his associate's degree, bachelor's degree, and then his master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner. Unfortunately, throughout his career, he noticed too many issues when it came to the care of the elderly population. This caused Guillermo, his mother, and his wife to set out to make a difference. As a child, his mother would take him driving through their community looking at buildings and discussing ideas on how to create an assisted living facility that truly catered to the taking care of the elderly population. She would always tell him how much the elderly population needed their help, and how she wanted to open an assisted living facility in their community. Carnegie Care Assisted Living Facility was an idea planted in the head of his mom, who spoke it into his heart, and now, many years later, they are able to manifest their dream of giving our beloved elderly population premier concierge treatment.

Our VP, Jessica Carnegie, has been a nurse for over 5 years, diligently taking care of our elderly veteran population. She has a compassionate heart for the elderly population and takes pride in serving our country by taking care of those who have served our county giving us the freedom that we enjoy today. She is a charge nurse and a nursing leader among her peers, serving on numerous councils.

Our COO, Bonnie Carnegie, has been a nurse for over 27 years, working in numerous positions, including director of an assisted living facility. As director, she learned how to properly run an assisted living facility, things that should not be done in an assisted living facility, and things that can be improved. She brings years of experience to the company and a heart of gold that far exceeds her experience. She has longed to provide personalized care to our beloved elderly population, and on those long drives through her community with her son, Guillermo Carnegie, she would always verbalized her dream of one day opening an assisted living facility. When her mother was no longer able to care for herself, she did not send her to a nursing home, she brought her into her home and along with her son, Guillermo Carnegie, and daughter-in-law, Jessica Carnegie, cared for her mother until she passed. Her husband is a retired Command Sergeant Major of 32 years. When he suffered a stroke and heart attack, she stood by his side providing personalized care every single day in their home. At our Residential Assisted Living Facility, we care for our residents as if they were our own family.
