The Marketing Care Coordinator is responsible for new client generation through business development and networking in the local community. We are looking for a charismatic person who is self-motivated with an ownership mentality and passion for bettering the lives of our seniors. This is a fulfilling position that offers a commission opportunity of $500  per double occupancy resident, and $1000  per single occupancy resident secured.

The Marketing Care Coordinator is responsible for building lasting relationships with various other members of the senior care community that result in referrals, performing initial client screens and assessments, assisting with the initial care plans, and pursuing and ultimately signing new clients. This role requires a strong working relationship with the Administrator and CEO to ensure quality care and fluid communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships that result in consistent referrals

  • Promote Carnegie Care Assisted Living Facility quality care through in-services and presentations to potential referral sources

  • Attend relevant community events

  • Prospect management and reporting

  • Weekly sales strategy calls

  • Meet quarterly sales goals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior home health, in-home care, or senior/elder care experience

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Sales experience and a passion for relationship development required

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Business degree is helpful

  • College education is helpful, but not required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Must be professional, articulate, and adhere to business professional attire.

  •  Marketing material will be paid for or reimbursed.

  •  Must be comfortable with public speaking and group presentations
